Beloved. I heard the Lord said to me now, Dominion always precedes delivery. In other words, our season of delivery may not be in view until we take dominion via the spoken words. And the Lord shared with me Isaiah 66 verse 8, As soon as Zion have dominion(emphasis mine) she brought forth. I decree that you and I will bring forth our long awaited testimonies this month.
